Web-based training courses from CIH and the Housing e-Academy

We've joined forces with the Housing e-Academy, a leader in the field of e-learning, to offer members access to the latest training techniques and courses at a reduced rate.
As a CIH member, you're entitled to a 15% discount on professional individual membership of the Housing e-Academy. This gives you access to three CPD accredited e-learning courses for just £38.25 + VAT.

Completing a course through e-learning enables you to learn at a time, place and pace that suits you, meaning it has never been easier to collect your CPD points and learn more about developments within the housing sector.

Each course takes approximately 2 hours to complete, which count towards the 20 hours of CPD that CIH members are required to complete each year.

In addition, you will receive:

  • User guide - available to download from your individual e-learning record
  • Membership certificate - available to download from your individual e-learning record
  • Access to a host of resources from the Housing e-Academy website, including YouTube videos, e-books and more
  • Quarterly copy of Housing e-Academy's Hou-Zine magazine - available to download from your individual e-learning record
