CIH East Midlands, in partnership with CIH West Midlands and Midlands Excellence are pleased to provide you with details of the forthcoming unique seminars, specifically designed for the housing sector. This series of events, now in its fourth year, brings new perspectives for those working in housing and helps to meet the challenges of delivering excellence, continuous improvement, value for money and efficiency.
Each seminar will feature perspectives from leading brand names such as BMW, Yorkshire Bank and Ricoh UK as well as practical case studies from local housing organisations.

The costs are £65 per seminar or all three for £145 plus VAT.

CIH East Midlands Regional Manifesto – Making A Difference
It is our belief that access to decent, affordable housing in safe, prosperous places that respect the environment really makes a difference to individuals, families and communities in the East Midlands
In summary our priorities are:- Increased access to homes which are affordable to rent and buy;
- Addressing the housing and support needs of an ageing population, and;
- Sustainable and cohesive communities in relation to migrant workers, community safety and worklessness.
We’re very pleased to say that these priorities were developed taking on board comments and suggestions following consultation with CIH East Midlands members – so we hope you feel it is very much your manifesto.
