THE WORK OF CIH REGIONS AND NATIONAL BUSINESS UNITS

Each Region or Committee appoints Officers who undertake various activities including:

  • regional and national policy consultations
  • organising seminars and events
  • promoting the work of the Regional Committee
  • lobbying local MPs
  • promoting membership of the CIH
  • promoting careers in housing
  • establishing links with local universities and colleges

For members, getting involved in Regional activities is an excellent way to find out more about national and regional policy issues, to network with key housing professionals in the region and access the wealth of knowledge and information that is available.
