LATEST: GOOD PRACTICE AWARD 2010
As in previous years, the CIH West Midlands Regional Committee is seeking to recognise housing practice excellence in its region. Previous winners have told us that they are thrilled at winning the Award and are particularly happy with the recognition for the organisation, employees and their customers. I am now pleased to invite you to send in your submissions for this years Good Practice Award, the closing date for entries is Friday 3rd September.
The theme of the award this year is Housing Organisations contribution to Customer Insight and Influence.
This year we are looking for nominations that incorporate all of the following aspects:-
• How understanding customers has developed and improved services
• Innovative ways of working with customers
• Adapting to respect diverse needs
• Outcomes of involving communities
• How this has been achieved at a low cost
As in previous years, this is a chance for you to publicise your organisation’s achievements.

CIH EDUCATION
CIH is the largest awarding body for housing qualifications. Many of our qualifications lead to membership of the CIH. People studying CIH accredited courses receive free Student membership of CIH for the duration of their course.
