POSITIVE ACTION FOR DISABILITY

Earlier this year Government published the Equality Bill scheduled for introduction in 2010. The bill strengthens the law to support progress on equality and diversity issues and is likely to put public sector organisations under even more scrutiny.

CIH has introduced Positive Action for Disability to help organisations involved in planning and managing social housing to create more opportunities for disabled people to pursue careers in housing.
