The ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ award is sponsored by the Scottish Government’s Housing Services Policy Unit.
The pandemic has changed the way landlords currently deliver services with traditional methods of engagement currently paused, it has been more important than ever for organisations to continue to engage with their tenants and other customers as they continue to deliver housing services.
It is important to recognise the achievements of the housing sector during this time and this award is aimed at organisations that have used innovative approaches, listened to their customers’ needs and experiences and have went above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service in a time of continued uncertainty.
The virtual ceremony will certainly be a change from previous events but this is the new normal as we all embrace digital connectivity, and the Scottish Government’s Housing Services Policy Unit are proud to be sponsoring an award that encourages organisations to put their tenants and other customers at the heart of their service delivery.
