At CIH, we aim to attract talented people and help them grow. We offer plenty of opportunities for career development, including training, qualifications and professional memberships, tailored to support individual and team growth. If you need to learn a new skill, we're here to help.

We’ve seen colleagues undertake courses in social media development, improving presentation skills, and housing qualifications to name just a few! We have a dedicated training budget each year to support colleagues with additional learning.

As well as those individual training courses, we also provide learning opportunities for all, or groups of colleagues, as a business too, recently we’ve seen XX people graduate from our leadership training, XX from our introduction to social housing training, XX completed EDI training and we trained XX mental health first aiders.

Annual get-togethers and collaboration

Join the rest of your colleagues at our annual colleague conference, held in Coventry, to catch up business projects, hear from expert speakers, and have a chance for networking with colleagues across the business.

As well as our annual all colleague gathering, teams will regularly get together for either team building or collaboration meetings when required.
