What does a day look like at CIH for you?

My role involves organising the logistics behind all our events. As a small team we work together to manage our events calendar and attend all events for set up, day to day running and shut down of each one. Some days in the lead up to and during events can be long, but it all pays off when you see the event running successfully. With CIH's agile working and generous annual leave it also means we get the chance to flex our hours around the events for some time off when we need it most.

What do you love most about CIH?

I love the variety in my role and knowing that if I work hard, the payback in benefits, the support and the development is all worthwhile. I've learnt so much since starting this role and CIH has given me the opportunity to do lots of training like health and safety, fire safety, and first aid just to name a few.
