At CIH, we believe that your wellbeing is paramount. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive culture where you can thrive both professionally and personally. Our workplace is built on collaboration, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to excellence.
Our professional standards are how we measure housing professionals in what they do for our communities, and as such we believe we too as an organisation and individuals should be striving to offer the same standards to our members, learners, and partners.

Although I’d told my line manager what was going on, I also took the chance to grab a cuppa with one of the mental health first aiders. At CIH we believe in listening to what our colleagues are saying. Our colleague wellbeing group is a space for colleagues to feed back thoughts, ideas and experiences.
Representatives from each team meet every two months to discuss a range of issues from colleague benefits to ways of working.
As we live our values and culture as a business, we want to ensure that all voices are represented and listened to. We have an EDI group at CIH who work together to make sure everything that we do is inclusive, they also work with our EDI board members to enhance this voice and message out into the wider sector as well.
