Anti-social behaviour is generally well managed in the social housing sector, but there are ongoing challenges to be met. This in-depth course aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge important to the effective case management of anti-social behaviour.

What will I learn?

This course will give you the tools to manage anti-social behaviour in a professional manner, on behalf of victims and the housing provider itself. We’ll also discover how to apply your new skills to your own role.

You won’t just learn the legal or technical of case management, but also:

  • How to achieve successful early intervention
  • The Interpersonal skills needed for tackling and diffusing difficult situations
  • How to work to good effect with other agencies.

Anyone responsible for the support or supervision of anti-social behaviour case management, or for setting policy. Also, those from other agencies working with housing providers.

Your trainer

Michael Guest has extensive expertise and experience of the housing sector, with specialisms including governance in housing, education and beyond. An experienced chair, chartered housing professional, chartered manager and certified management consultant, Michael holds two Masters’ degrees: one in leadership and management, another in housing studies, plus a postgraduate certificate in corporate governance.
