This financial training programme will enhance your skills in understanding the key risks in a housing finance transaction and typical mitigates from a lender’s perspective.

What will I learn?

From the perspective of a lender, you will develop their understanding of:

  • The key risks in a housing finance transaction
  • How those risks are typically mitigated from a lender’s perspective
  • Risk and return in credit pricing.
Who should attend?

This programme will be of use to people who are already have a basic understanding of risk analysis of a housing transaction but who wish to develop their understanding of typical components of a risk analysis and rating from a lender’s perspective and typical risk mitigants.

It is recommended that this programme is attended prior to a complementary model on the use of financial models in housing finance transactions.

Malcolm Sullivan, the owner of M-Training, has longstanding experience in large scale corporate banking, commercial real estate finance and financial training on a global basis. He also has a MSc in real estate investment and finance from the University of Reading.
