Social housing in England is a £200 billion industry with an amazing history. This online training course will provide you with both big picture vision and aspirations of social housing, as well as exploring the day-to-day practicalities and challenges within the sector.

- Outline the rights and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords in the sector
- Describe the internal and external partner relationships and how these are key to enabling social housing organisations to thrive

Pauline prides herself in delivering relevant insightful and engaging training that participants can use and apply to their job roles
