An introductory webinar for housing professionals across Ireland and Northern Ireland to explore TIC and PIE.
On the 30th of September the government published their directions on STAIRs to the Regulator of Social Housing.
The STAIRs will aim to introduce a new standard that will require Private Registered Providers to be transparent with their residents and share data about the management of their homes. By October 2026 housing providers will have to meet the requirement around proactive publishing of information, and by April 2027 they will have to meet the requirement relating to responding to requests.

As our communities grow more diverse, housing professionals are increasingly at the forefront of cultural integration. This webinar explores how shifting cultural landscapes are reshaping neighbourhoods — and what we can do to support tenants from all backgrounds.
Join us to explore the realities of housing officer burnout, and the experiences of those who have lived and breathed the role and learn how some organisations are taking steps to address the issue.

How do we remove barriers and encourage tenants from ethnic minorities to fully engage with landlords and how can boards help change the landscape?
The Competency and Conduct Standard will place clear responsibilities on boards to ensure their organisations can demonstrate that staff have the necessary skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours to deliver a good quality service to tenants – now is the time to prepare.
