28 April - 05 May 2021
10:30 - 15:15
Master the art of working remotely and get the inside insight and expert knowledge to be at your best while working remotely. We’ll explore how you can master technology, work efficiently, lead confidently, and most importantly - have fun while you do it.
Remote working is here to stay, and even when we can return to the office, it won’t be like it was before. So how do we make sure being a ‘remoter’ is a positive experience for you, your team, and your organisation?
The pandemic has caused many of us to work away from our offices for almost a year, and we may all consider ourselves to be experts at it by now. But things change rapidly and the way we work is constantly evolving.
This programme will help you:
We've teamed up with Disruptive Innovators Network and with workplace and creativity guru Neil Mullarkey for a four-part masterclass to help you and your organisation make the most out of working remotely.
In addition, hear from one of the world's top motivational gurus, who has promised to drop in and share some exclusive insights into how they have adapted to life in the virtual world. This mystery guest will remain nameless until we begin the sessions.
Running over two days - 28 April and 5 May, we have curated a rich online experience involving expert insight, invaluable peer discussion, and lots of fun. Each of the four modules will last 75 minutes, and will focus on a different aspect of remote working, to give you the confidence and preparedness to manage working in a range of remote situations.
This programme is designed for anyone now having to work in an extended remote way or those responsible for managing and leading remote teams. This would include directors, heads of service, team leaders and operational staff.
