An opportunity for CIH members to hear about our activities and accomplishments over the past 12 months.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important part of CIH governance: it allows us to update you on the various activities and accomplishments over the past 12 months and to set out our priorities for the year ahead. It’s also your chance to ask CIH’s Governing Board and executive team any questions you may have about your CIH.
AGM papers – the agenda, resolutions with supporting information, appendices and the statement of accounts – will be sent to you electronically. Members who have requested a postal pack, or members we do not currently hold an email address for, will be sent a pack in the post.
All members were sent the relevant AGM documents via email or by post on 5 November 2021.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, please register a proxy vote by logging in to the online voting site: www.mi-vote.com and entering your unique voter code. This can be found in the communication we sent you on 5 November 2021. Proxy voting closes at 10am (GMT) on Wednesday 1 December 2021.
