Let's build an understanding of the requirements together

How are organisations really getting to grips with the competence and conduct regulatory requirements? Join us for an open, practical session sharing what’s working, what’s not, and what good looks like in practice.

The competence and conduct regulatory requirements are landing across the sector, but there’s no single blueprint for how to do it well. This session is about cutting through the theory and getting into the reality of what organisations are doing, learning and adapting as they go.

If you’re shaping your approach or sense-checking your plans, this is a chance to hear openly from others, share your own thinking and leave with practical ideas you can take forward.

Join us to:

  • Hear honest reflections on how organisations are approaching the requirements
  • Share experiences and learn from others across the sector
  • Explore what good looks like beyond simply meeting requirements
  • Understand the common challenges and how people are navigating them
  • Take away practical ideas to shape your own approach.

Your speakers:

  • Linsay Baverstock, head of people experience. Settle, Paraigm
  • Martyn Hale, operations director, Tent & Dove
