The English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill is progressing through Parliament - join us to explore the impact the reforms proposed will have on housing delivery.
The English Devolution White Paper sets out the government’s ambitions for devolution. Mayors will be given strong new powers over housing and planning, which will be backed up with integrated funding. This session will look at what the proposals in the Bill and the accompanying English Devolution White Paper will mean for regeneration and housing delivery across England.
