Unleash the power of customer feedback

This session digs deep into the what, when, how and why of customer feedback and helps the audience understand that when done well, customer feedback can be a hugely powerful tool in understanding how to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This ideas lab will help unlock these questions:

  • Do we really know what makes our customers tick?
  • Do we ask them?
  • When and how often do we ask them?
  • Do we ask the right questions?
  • What do we do with the feedback?
  • Does it sit in a database or is it used to proactively enhance our operations and drive customer satisfaction?

By the end of the session you will:

  3. Understand that taking action on feedback is critical in driving customer satisfaction rates
  4. Learn about the best times in the customer to collect feedback
