Not every tenant speaks up — and that silence can be easy to overlook. But even when things seem fine, housing professionals have a responsibility to ensure every voice is heard, valued, and represented.
This webinar explores how to reach tenants who typically remain disengaged. Whether you're looking to improve feedback, boost participation, or simply understand your community better, this session offers practical tools to help give you the opportunity to connect with all your tenants.
