Learn from positive outcomes for individuals and communities.

This webinar will focus on how sustainable and effective partnerships can result in a better understanding of communities and deliver services that meet their priorities and support health and wellbeing.

Come along to learn how collaboration across sectors can deliver improved outcomes within existing resources.

We’ll explore how local authorities and housing associations are working together to build better data and evidence of the needs of shared communities, to underpin the priorities for service development, and the outcomes for communities and partners.

Attending this session will:

  • Help delegates to identify shared information about communities across partnerships
  • Why and how to use tools such as the Insights Bank to increase and deepen understanding of local communities, and their priorities for action
  • The ways the use of such data and evidence is shaping how partners are working together and examples of services being developed
  • How this works with other data and evidence held by partners.
