Daniel Scanlon, manager, Inhouse Support HAIL Housing
- Daniel Scanlon works at HAIL, an Approved Housing Body with a specialism in housing individuals with mental health challenges. Daniel has over 15 years’ experience in the housing/ homelessness sector, and extensive expertise, knowledge and understanding of working with individuals with mental health issues in the context of their tenancies.
Stephen Wray, senior associate trainer, Lena By Inspire
- Stephen is a senior associate trainer with Lena By Inspire since 2007. His experience includes 23 years in HR and training and development within the Northern Ireland Civil Service, working both locally and across Europe. Stephen’s current work across all sectors involves the development, design and delivery of a range of people skills solutions, including customised programmes on leadership, change management, communication and mental health and wellbeing. He also provides one-to-one coaching and mentoring, with experience in coaching Senior Civil Service staff in leadership skills, as well as return to work coaching, Workbridge coaching, and executive coaching in both the private and public sectors.
