Join us at this online workshop, in partnership with ALACHO, and help inform the detail of the Housing (Scotland) Bill.

As the Housing (Scotland) Bill progresses through parliament, the Scottish government is consulting on allowing exemptions to rent control in the private rented sector (PRS).

Should any PRS properties be outwith the scope of rent control (for example, mid-market rent or build to rent properties) and are there any circumstance as to when rents could be increased above the level of a rent cap?

CIH Scotland is looking for input from members as we look to inform the detail of the legislative process and would like to invite you to attend this workshop to let us know your thoughts.

This is a chance to set out the changes you want to see in the Housing (Scotland) Bill.

This workshop is free to attend and is open to all CIH and ALACHO members.
