Adopting Stop Social Housing Stigma’s journey planner

This webinar will look at how social landlords and residents are getting on board with the journey planner to understand and stop the experience of stigma and build engagement and trust.

The Chartered Institute of Housing is pleased to support Stop Social Housing Stigma, the tenant-led group that has long been campaigning to get the impact of stigma understood and tackled by landlords. They work as critical friends to support this work across the sector, through the development of the journey planner.

By attending this webinar, delegates will:

  • Gain a better understanding of the stigma that social housing residents face
  • Learn what the journey planner is, why and how to use it
  • Hear from social landlords and tenants who have been ‘pioneer travellers’, on how they have applied the journey planner
  • Explore some of the early benefits arising from the journey planner

Your speakers:

  • Nic Bliss, campaign director, Stop Social Housing Stigma
  • Lynne Brosnan, chair, Stop Social Housing
  • David White, head of housing, transformation and regulation, Mid Suffolk and Babergh District council
