New research on responding to ‘no access’ challenges and Awaab’s Law

This webinar will share new findings from research CIH has co-commissioned on how best to respond to ‘no access’ challenges and the introduction of Awaab’s Law.

Working with the National Federation of ALMOs (NFA), Local Government Association (LGA), Councils with ALMOs Group (CWAG), and Association of Retained Council Housing (ARCH), CIH has commissioned research on how best to respond to No Access challenges and the introduction of Awaab’s Law. The research has been undertaken by the Housing Quality Network (HQN).

In this webinar, HQN will present the findings and learnings from the research. Stockport Homes and Dacorum Borough Council will also present their approaches to No Access and Awaab’s Law.

The webinar will be of particular interest to CIH members working in assets and compliance roles at local authorities and ALMOs, as well as social housing residents and housing association staff.

To register for the webinar and receive the Teams invitation, please email policyandpractice@cih.org with ‘No Access webinar’ in the subject line.
