Get prepared for the implementation of the STAIRs, with the first requirement in place for October 2026 and the second due in April 2027.
On the 30th of September the government published their directions on STAIRs to the Regulator of Social Housing.
The STAIRs will aim to introduce a new standard that will require Private Registered Providers to be transparent with their residents and share data about the management of their homes. By October 2026 housing providers will have to meet the requirement around proactive publishing of information, and by April 2027 they will have to meet the requirement relating to responding to requests.
This webinar will be vital for all housing associations across the country, as the STAIRs will have a huge impact on the way we interact and work with tenants. Join CIH to explore the government directions in more detail.
