An introductory webinar for housing professionals across Ireland and Northern Ireland to explore TIC and PIE. 

This webinar will support housing professionals in recognising and applying the core principles of Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE). Participants will gain practical insights into how psychologically informed approaches can strengthen service delivery, improve responses to challenging behaviors, and enhance wellbeing for both staff and residents.
