Return of the Development Seminar

The Chartered Institute of Housing Cymru and Lovell are delighted to partner once again to deliver the return of the Development Seminar at TAI, the national conference for Welsh housing professionals. Running alongside the main TAI programme on 27 April 2026, this dedicated seminar stream will focus on the key challenges and opportunities shaping the development and supply of homes across Wales.

Please note, the Development Seminar is a separate content stream to the TAI conference. If you would like to attend the Development Seminar on day one and the TAI conference on day two, please choose the appropriate CIH member booking option.
