The social highlight of TAI 2026 will be the conference dinner. This ever- popular event will be attended by 200 guests, providing the perfect setting to promote your brand to a captive audience of key industry professionals.

The relaxed and informal atmosphere at the drink’s reception is a great place to share more about your brand and the services you offer. Exclusive to CIH members attending the conference, this is an opportunity not only to host the event but to address the audience too. This opportunity includes a table of 10.

Your opportunity to host an invite-only private event for your chosen target audience at TAI Wales.  We will work with the sponsor to create a targeted invite list from those in attendance at the conference for 40 guests.

• Working lunch for up to 40 people.
• Work with CIH to agree the priorities, format, and any speakers for the lunch. 
• Opportunity to display promotional banners (provided by sponsoring organisation)
• Up to four people to attend the sit-down lunch, allowing you to host each table.

The drinks reception will be held in the exhibition area for all attendees to join your company for a networking event at the end of day one. Prime opportunity to network with guests at the end of the day, promoting your brand during the final networking event of the day.

This sponsorship package guarantees you an optimised prime branding opportunity. With your logo prominently displayed on all internal registration points for TAI 2026, your brand will welcome delegates to the event, as the first point of contact. It will also feature on the lanyard and the badge itself, giving you branding exposure throughout the event, as they are worn by every attendee.

CIH will collaborate with you to develop the content for your session, all content, and speakers subject to CIH approval.

• Sessions will take place on the fringe stage within the exhibition.
