Gain insight and intelligence into digital solutions

Connect with experts and fellow delegates to share experiences of Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS)

As the UK continues its transition to a fully digital communications network by 2025, housing providers need to address the challenges and opportunities this could present for their organisation and the people it supports, particularly in relation to Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS).

This session will share practical advice and real-life examples of how other providers are approaching the digital future, and working towards a technology-first philosophy with residents at the centre.

It will also touch upon the impact of the pandemic on the uptake of TECS, and the ways we can help to ensure any gains made as a result are built upon, along with how technology services and solutions are developing to enable more personalised, preventative and ultimately predictive models of care.

Attendees can expect to:

  • Gain a clearer understanding of the effects of the digital switchover and associated timescales
  • Explore how technology/TECS can be used to enable homes to adapt to the changing needs of older people
  • Connect with other delegates and share experiences of successfully utilising TECS solutions
  • Learn from other providers about the best ways of investing in the digital future
  • Gain insight and intelligence about digital innovation to improve future service delivery.
