Housing professionals right across the UK are asked to deliver empathy, judgement and person-centred practice every day. In this webinar, Trish Harrington-Dicks and Professor Vikki McCall make the case for reflective practice as the foundation of better decision-making and service improvement. They'll draw on hard lessons from Grenfell and Awaab Ishak to show what happens when tenant voices go unheard and assumptions go unchallenged.
