This grade of membership is for those with a CIH recognized qualification at Level 5 or above, or who have completed a path accredited by CIH.

Find your path to chartered membership

Several undergraduate and postgraduate courses, both full and part-time are recognised by CIH as meeting the requirements for chartered membership. Universities from around the country offer these courses.

Level 5 Diploma in Housing
This path is for aspiring professionals, supervisors and managers. This qualification covers leadership and management, strategic business planning, ethical and professional practice and managing relationships.
