All-Ireland Housing Awards 2026 shortlist announced

We are delighted to announce the shortlisted nominees for the 2026 All-Ireland Housing Awards, taking place at the Titanic Belfast 1, on 20 March 2026.

Throughout 2025 and 2026, remarkable teams and dedicated professionals have continued to demonstrate a real commitment to the housing sector, delivering vital services and support to communities throughout the nation.

The All-Ireland Housing Awards 2026 are an opportunity for us to come together with you and your teams to acknowledge the creativity, passion and innovation of individuals, organisations and projects that have helped tenants, customers, and communities to live well and thrive.

The shortlisted nominees are as follows:

Best housing development

This award recognises developments that provide desirable and sustainable places to live, improving the lives of people within the community. The well-designed development will demonstrate creative approaches and excellence from concept to delivery.

Young professional of the year

This award category showcases the rising stars of the housing sector who have been working in the industry for three years or under. 

The winner of this award will demonstrate that professional and personal success is not dependent on length of career. They will have demonstrated professional commitment to their organisation and/or the communities in which they work, as well as a commitment to their profession.

Excellence in communication

In challenging times, being there for your community is exceptionally important. This award recognises landlords whose communication(s) with their tenants and residents has been outstanding over the past year, keeping them fully informed and supported. Nominations for this award could be for a single project or refer to your general organisational approach to communication.

This award recognises organisations or projects that have demonstrated commitment to tenant involvement, to help improve services or neighbourhoods.

We are looking for organisations who are involved in empowering tenants or capacity building as catalysts for delivering real change within a community. Housing team of the year
