Chloe Fletcher appointed as CIH’s new head of policy and external affairs

Chloe Fletcher has been appointed as the Chartered Institute of Housing’s (CIH) new head of policy and external affairs.
 
Effective from 13 October, Chloe brings to CIH a wealth of experience across housing, public policy and stakeholder engagement.

She joins from HQN, where she oversaw responsibility for networks, content and events. Before that, she served as policy director at the National Federation of ALMOs 

In her new role, Chloe will lead CIH’s policy development, external affairs strategy and influence agenda, working closely with the executive team and national directors.

She will also oversee CIH’s efforts to shape housing policy, drive advocacy, and enhance our external profile.
 
Commenting on her appointment, Chloe said: “I am thrilled to be joining CIH and returning to a policy and external affairs role. It is a real privilege to lead the CIH policy team, and I am looking forward to working with CIH colleagues and stakeholders to drive change in housing."

Rachael Williamson, CIH's executive director of policy, communications and external affairs for the UK, added: “I’m absolutely delighted to welcome Chloe to the CIH team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will strengthen our ability to represent our members’ voices through our policy and external affairs work and further raise CIH’s profile across the housing sector.”
