CIH congratulates Elly Hoult on her appointment as Chief Executive of Lifestone Homes

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is delighted to congratulate former CIH President Elly Hoult, who has been appointed Chief Executive of Lifestone Homes. Elly, currently Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer at Peabody, will take up her new role in April 2027.

Elly has made an outstanding contribution to the housing sector throughout her career and has been a valued leader within the CIH community, serving as CIH President in 2024/25 and championing the importance of housing as a foundation for opportunity and wellbeing.

Elly also played a pivotal role in establishing CIH Futures, helping to create a strong platform for the next generation of housing professionals and ensuring emerging voices are represented in shaping the future of our sector.
