In tribute to Alan Kilburn

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) were saddened to hear of the passing of Alan Kilburn last month, and pass on our sincere condolences to his friends and family.

Alan was a well-known and highly respected figure in housing and a long standing, committed CIH member. He notably served as CIH president from 1982 to 83, one part of the larger lasting impression Alan left on the sector.
