If you have ever thought CIH could be doing more, or doing it differently, look out for a link that may be sitting in your inbox.

We’ve commissioned a stakeholder perceptions survey which asks how we are seen right across housing – by members at every stage, by people who have let their membership lapse, and by professionals who have never joined us.

It’s being run independently. Responses are confidential and nothing is attributed to any individual. The survey takes around 6-7 minutes. Check your inbox for your personal link – it is the single easiest way to shape what CIH does next.

We’re also running some online focus groups, an hour each. We’d particularly like to hear from members who joined recently, are approaching their first renewal and those under 35. Email michelle.hallmark@creative-bridge.com if you'd like to take part and meet other members shaping our future.
