Commenting on the shortlist and awards CIH Cymru director, Matt Dicks, said: "The Welsh Housing Awards is one of the most important activities for CIH Cymru and wider Welsh housing sector each year because it acknowledges how housing professionals make a difference - a difference to the tenants and communities that we serve across Wales, but also to wider public policy objectives that make a difference to all our lives, whilst also sharing that good practice across the sector.

"My congratulations to all of this year's nominees and we look forward to seeing all that can join us at the awards in November." If you're interested in attending the Welsh Housing Awards, you can find out more on our dedicated event page.
