Orbit manage around 45,000 affordable homes in in the Midlands, East and South East of England, and build around 1,500 new affordable homes every year. Today, over 100,000 people live in an Orbit home and our aim is to ensure the homes we provide and the places we create are good quality, affordable and safe.
Platform Housing Group owns and manages 46,000 homes across the Midlands, with a portfolio that includes social and affordable rent and shared ownership houses. The group has G1 governance and V1 financial viability ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing and an A+ rating from Standard and Poor’s and Fitch.
Redditch Borough Council Housing Team have recently gone through a large-scale transformation of their Housing Service. We aim to be one of the best and most consistent providers of good quality affordable housing in Worcestershire. Our links with CIH will help us to ensure colleagues are well trained and competent in the role they are undertaking, which in turn will drive the quality of our services up and provide our customers with the best experience possible. This new partnership with CIH will help us meet our strategic aim of making a difference to those who use our services.
Solihull Community Housing is the ALMO set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. This means that with Solihull Council own the properties but housing services are delivered by us. We are run by a Board made up of three tenants, four councillors and three independent people chosen for their specialist skills and experience.

YMCA Wearside Ltd is a leading children and young people’s charity. We work in Sunderland and County Durham, supporting some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people and adults. Our work includes working with homeless young people and adults, helping young offenders turn from crime and giving young people and adults the skills to reach their potential.
South Essex Homes was formed in 2005, as the Arm’s Length Management Organisation for Southend-on-Sea City Council, to manage and maintain their stock of around 6000 homes.
