This qualification is designed for those entering or working in a front-line housing role who wish to develop a foundational knowledge of housing.

What are the entry requirements?

CIH does not set entry requirements. Our CIH approved study centres may establish their own criteria to ensure learners' suitability for the qualification.

  • have previously studied the CIH Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice or a comparable qualification.
