About LBL Skills

LBL Skills offer access to Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) qualifications at various levels. Our 3 lead tutors have lots of experience having occupied senior roles in housing organisations.

At LBL Skills we aim to help our customers through training and development that is engaging and enjoyable using various teaching methods to meet the needs of learners.

Whether it is up-skilling new staff or consolidating the skills and knowledge of established staff, LBL trainers endeavour to deliver outstanding results every time help them retain that information through various teaching methods, and then maintain that thread of learning through periodic refresher courses as and when appropriate.

The team has decades of experience in learning and development and is led by a guest lecturer from Birmingham City University with over 25 years experience in the Private and Public Sectors.

CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice

CIH Level 3 Award in Housing Practice

This housing qualification will provide you with an introduction to housing practice at an operational level to help with professional development.

CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing

This housing qualification equips individuals with the knowledge of housing practice required to deliver effective housing services at a management level.

CIH Level 4 Certificate in Managing Housing Maintenance

This qualification aims to provide you with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to deliver effective housing maintenance and repairs services.

CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing

This housing qualification provides professionals with the knowledge and skills to deliver effective housing services at a strategic and executive level.

Level 4 and 5 top-up units

These courses are ideal for professionals in scope of mandated housing qualifications and who already hold a partially compliant qualification.
