The college provides a range of housing apprenticeships and recent official publication of achievement data places New College Durham in the top ten percent nationally for apprenticeship achievement.
We offer a Foundation Degree in Housing and Communities, designed to meet the full professional requirements of CIH, which means that the knowledge and skills students will gain are relevant and responsive to the needs of employers in this specialist sector. During the course of the programme, students will be able to apply to access CIH membership at a concessionary rate.
