About The Phoenix Academy

The Phoenix Academy is the 'school of social housing'. Set up by Phoenix Community Housing in 2014. The academy aims to encourage more sector employees and residents to work and learn collectively to raise the professionalism of the sector.

The Phoenix Academy was named Best Training Scheme in the 24housing Awards, we deliver qualifications from levels 2-5.

The Phoenix Academy is more than a training organisation. As a housing provider we understand first-hand the challenges and learning needs or staff, involved residents and contractors. We work with them to ensure the sector delivers safe, secure and sustainable homes all whilst developing, skills, knowledge and careers.
