About The Apprentice Academy

The Apprentice Academy deliver a suite of professional and business related Apprenticeships which includes the Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship. This programme includes the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing.

Employers and learners supported include: Councils, Housing Associations, Student Accommodations, block management specialists and property management agents.

Our learners achieve very high success rates. 100 per cent of our Level 4 Housing students achieved first time pass rates in 2025. Learners actively apply new knowledge into the workplace and create portfolios of evidence to demonstrate skill and will do a work-based project. There are NO exams to sit.

Learners enjoy the flexibility of our programmes using independent study materials backed up with personal mentoring and coaching support each month.

Learners at the Apprentice Academy report increases in confidence, competence and career capability which has helped them to gain pay rises and promotions.
