About The Apprentice Academy

Over the last decade we have worked with over 250 organisations within the housing and property sector, supporting employees to upskill and get certified. This includes Councils, Housing Associations, Student Accommodations, block management specialists and property management agents.

Specialist Sector Apprenticeships we deliver include the Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship and the Level 3 Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship. Both programmes incorporate the valuable CIH qualifications and we have achieved 100% successful completion rate over the last 12 months.

As part of the learning process, learners practically apply new knowledge into the workplace and create portfolios of evidence to demonstrate skill and do a work-based project. This means learners gain all the qualifications without having to sit any exams.

Learners enjoy the flexibility of our programmes using independent study materials backed up with personal mentoring and coaching support each month.

At the end of the programmes, learners report increases in confidence, competence and career capability which has led to pay rises and promotions.
