About Upkeep

At Upkeep we are passionate about helping housing professionals provide and maintain good quality homes for residents. A home is more than just a building and we never forget that a housing service is about more than just repairs and maintenance.

We’ve been teaching people about the care, refurbishment, and improvement of residents’ homes for over 25 years, believing good maintenance is the starting point in delivering a great service and is fundamental to environmental sustainability.

We run qualifications and short courses for people working in housing, property management, and facilities management, and deliver nationally recognised qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Awarding Body for the Built Environment.

Please note: we are only delivering qualifications in England.
