Joining Instructions Package - £750 + VAT for conferences  £550 + VAT for seminars
The joining instructions are sent out to every delegate, speaker and exhibitor who will be attending the event.

• Your organisations logo will appear in the main content of the joining instructions email all attendees receive, along with your 100 word biography
• Full page advert on the back page of the joining instructions
• 100 word biography and contact details inserted into the conference handbook

• What are the set up and break down times?
  This varies for each event, please contact kirsty.bates@cih.org
• Can we have more than 2 exhibitor representatives on our stand?
  Yes, the charge for this is £150 +vat per person per day and this includes lunch.
• Can exhibitor representatives go to conference sessions?
  Yes, all sessions can be attended but exhibition stands must be manned ready for the delegates arrival after sessions.
• Where do I send my delegate pack inserts? (Excluding South East Annual Conference)
