Building professionalism across Scotland’s Housing Sector
CIH Scotland is bringing its interactive professionalism roadshow to Falkirk, offering housing professionals the opportunity to come together and discuss what professionalism looks like in the modern housing sector.
Professionalism underpins everything in housing: effective tenant relationships, ethical decision-making, regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery. By attending this session, staff will gain:
