Connecting housing professionals through hearing stories that remind us why our work matters

This event brings together young housing professionals to connect, learn and be inspired. Through powerful stories from people with lived experience, we'll hear how social housing and the belief of housing professionals have transformed lives and created opportunities for people’s futures.

These stories will remind us of the real impact our work has every day, even when the challenges can feel overwhelming. Alongside meaningful networking, attendees will leave with practical resilience tools to help them thrive in their roles and continue making a difference.

Why Attend?

By attending, you will:

  • Connect with like-minded housing professionals and expand your network
  • Hear authentic stories that demonstrate the lasting impact of social housing and the difference housing professionals make every day
  • Reflect on your own purpose and the value of your contribution to customers and communities
  • Gain practical tools and techniques to strengthen resilience, manage challenges and support your wellbeing
  • Leave feeling inspired, refreshed and better equipped to thrive in your role.

Whether you're new to the sector or developing your career, this event offers a chance to learn, connect and be reminded of the positive impact that housing can have on people's lives.

Delegates will hear from our NI vice chair and a panel of experts with experience. We will then move into a speed networking session, ensuring everyone gets the chance to speak our panellists and build their network by meeting other sector colleagues.
