PfP Thrive is a training provider run by Housing People for Housing People. Through strong partnerships and high-quality training for we empower learners to build sustainable, 'Thriving' careers.
Phoenix Academy
The Phoenix Academy is the 'school of social housing'. Set up by Phoenix Community Housing in 2014. The academy aims to encourage more sector employees and residents to work and learn collectively to raise the professionalism of the sector.

Share is a Glasgow-based training provider that operates throughout Scotland, specialising in supporting the learning and development needs of the social housing sector.
The Learning Foundry
The Learning Foundry has been in existence for over 25 years and offers a wide range of apprenticeships, traineeships, and other programmes. We are part of the Regenda Group, which includes Regenda Homes, a major north west social landlord. All of our tutors have extensive and recent housing experience so we can deliver training ‘by the sector, for the sector.
Upkeep
Upkeep has been teaching people about buildings and their maintenance for over 25 years. We promote good practice in the care refurbishment and improvement of buildings. We believe good maintenance of the UK’s stock is fundamental to environmental sustainability.
