A pivotal moment for housing in the South West
This two-part event is open to non-members and members: The first part for members only and free to attend is the two-day South West housing conference offering you the opportunity to learn, share innovations and network with professionals from across the region. The second part on day two only (Wed 10 Feb) is a paid ticket option for non-members – our new 'Asset Management Summit' – bringing together housing experts, contractors and sector peers to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping social housing.
CPD accredited housing conference in the South West
The popular CIH South West conference offers delegates, exhibitors and our event sponsors the chance to hear the latest on housing policy, learn from other's good practice, and network with fellow colleagues from across the region, from Cornwall to Bristol.
This event offers more than just a day out the office, you'll hear from expert speakers in a range of roles from across the sector, giving you the chance to learn something new, and help develop your own continuous professional development (CPD) in your career.

The Asset Management Summit takes place as part of the South West conference on 10 February and dedicates a day of sessions to bringing together experts, contractors and sector peers from across the region to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of social homes in the South West. While CIH members can attend for free, non-members have the opportunity to pay to attend only the Asset Management Summit sessions at the conference.
