Building better homes, stronger assets and a more sustainable future

The Asset Management Summit on Wednesday 10 February, brings together housing experts, contractors and sector peers from across the South West to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of social homes in the South West.

From gaining access, procurement, stock condition as well as decarbonisation, compliance and long-term sustainability, this stream will focus on how organisations can make informed decisions that deliver better homes for residents while protecting the value and performance of their homes.

With the South West facing its own unique pressures, from rural and coastal housing to ageing stock, affordability challenges and the transition to net zero, the sessions will provide practical insight, innovative approaches, and opportunities to discuss with contractors and sector peers.

Whether you are responsible for asset strategy, property services, investment, development, compliance or sustainability, the Asset Management Summit will provide valuable ideas and connections to help you plan for the homes of today and tomorrow.
